The association is active in lobbying, development, networking professionals and providing information for the property and construction industry.

Services

RAKLI actively promotes the positive development of the operating environment of the property and construction industry and the operating conditions of its members. Our services are lobbying, development, networking and communications.

Lobbying

We strive to improve the operating conditions of the property and construction industry, the functionality of the market and the development of expertise. We follow public decision-making and its preparation. We participate in the industry´s working groups, create initiatives, issue opinions and produce statements. We communicate with key political decision-makers, ministries and civil servants representing both the central government and local authorities, as well as other decision-makers.

Development

We drive the development of the professional real estate and infrastructure sectors. We devise concepts, processes and best practices. We focus on multi-participant fast-track development projects carried out with our members and other public and private key stakeholders.

Networking

We set up networks for property and construction professionals and create conditions for cooperation. We bring together the associations and other property and construction organisations, politicians and government agents as well as researchers and developers. We actively participate in the industry´s international associations and set up contacts with organisations operating within the industry. We also organise training and other current events.

Communications

We publish releases about changes in the operating environment and legislation governing the property and construction industry, on current events and market trends. We broadcast property and construction news on our website, and produce a news report and a review of market trends for our members twice a year. Most of our communications services are carried out in Finnish.
