RAKLI brings together a wide range of property owners, investors and developers, real estate service companies engaged in property management as well as key operators in the public sector. These organisations create the Finnish operating environment (offices, commercial premises, hotels, logistical premises, schools, hospitals, etc.), in which commercial businesses and public service operations are practised.

RAKLI has a role in creating networks and developing and influencing the real estate and facility management services market in a way that contributes to the efficient operations of this market, offering real estate users and investors productive premises with relevant services.The Commercial and Public Properties Division offers networking opportunities for businesses operating in the sector.
