RAKLI development partnership network

RAKLI gives businesses the opportunity to participate in organised collaboration with other key operators in their field in Finland and internationally and thereby promotes the creation of networks.

RAKLI´s development partnership network aims at supporting research, development and education activities, spreading the insights gained through them, and promoting networking. The members gain excellent new contacts and access to the best state-of-the-art research information.

Property and Construction Forum

RAKLI actively participates in the Property and Construction Forum, which stands for the interests of the construction sector in Finland and engages in development projects.

Finnish Council of Shopping Centers

RAKLI also represents the Finnish Council of Shopping Centers. Juha Tiuraniemi is the Executive Manager of the council within RAKLI.

Finnish Association of Construction Clients

RAKLI also represents the Finnish Association of Construction Clients (Rakennuttajatoimistojen Liitto ry). Riikka Vitakoski is the association´s representative at RAKLI.

SOA - The Finnish Association of Student Housing Organisations

RAKLI also represents the Finnish Association of Student Housing Organisations, SOA. Riikka Vitakoski is the association´s representative at RAKLI.

International associations

RAKLI also actively engages in international operations in the real estate sector. It is a member of the European Property Federation and BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) International, among others.
