"The Real Estate and Construction Forum is continuing the Vision 2010 process, but is still seeking for its form," says Helena Soimakallio. "It is engaged in many great issues, but the direction of the Forum is not yet clear."

"The Vision 2010 document is a very broad paper. The problem today is that the operating environment has changed faster than anticipated and into unanticipated directions. The issues that the Vision 2010 document are no longer necessarily the agenda that we should have. What I have in mind are the fast cyclical fluctuations, the energy-efficiency boom brought by the climate change."
