Operating on the members´ terms

RAKLI´s activities are divided into three sectors, which each have their own management team, and three committees. The management teams and committees are assembled from the representatives of the member associations, for two years at a time. Participating in the management teams and committees gives members an opportunity to influence the development of the property and construction industry.

The three sectors are Residential properties, Commercial properties and Infrastructure and Urban Development. The sectors invite the member organisations to discuss and develop the conditions, market and expertise of their industry.
The committees coordinate Investment and finance, Use and asset managementservices, and Procurement. The committees invite specialists from each subject to devise operating models and practices.
