Real Estate and Construction
The real estate and construction sector consists of industries engaged in the production and maintenance of real estate and infrastructure. Working together, we create preconditions for comfortable living, working and moving around in Finland. The entire sector employs more than 500,000 people, which is more than one fifth of Finnish workforce. More than 70% of Finlandīs national wealth consists of built environment.
The Finnish Real Estate and Construction cluster has formed a joint working group: The Real Estate and Construction Forum that works together to improve the sectorīs business environment and conditions in Finland. RAKLI is one of the key players in this common effort.
