Brief description
RAKLI - The Finnish Association of Building Owners and
Construction Clients is an interest group and trade association
representing the most prominent real estate owners, investors and
service providers in Finland.
RAKLI represents its members in various property ownership matters
concerning legislation, taxation and common policies. In addition,
support in R&D activities, networking and information transfer
is available for the members.
RAKLI provides a network for real estate professionals to
discuss mutual challenges, exchange ideas, and share experiences
and knowledge. RAKLI contributes to the implementation of best
practices in Asset, Property, and Facilities Management, and
promotes application of high standards in building industry
processes, real estate market information and benchmarking.
RAKLI is a member of several international organisations such as BOMA International and European
Property Federation (EPF).
RAKLI has also established active relationships with other
significant real estate associations e.g. European Public Real
Estate Association (EPRA).
Strategic objectives
- To represent the membership before national, state and
EU-policymakers in issues affecting the real estate industry.
- To promote the visibility of the real estate industry in
business media and the investment marketplace.
- To generate international development undertakings in the
fields of real estate market information, business processes, and
customer oriented service products.
