85 percent of Rakli’s members are satisfied or very satisfied with Rakli’s activities. Members particularly value its advocacy work, and Rakli’s recommendation rate is very high. The positive overall perception of Rakli has also improved compared to last year’s survey.
Members consider Rakli’s work important: 96 percent of respondents rated it as important or very important. Advocacy work, as well as anticipating changes and gathering information, were identified as the most important services. The member survey also highlighted appreciation for Rakli’s expertise and service-oriented approach, which were seen as clear strengths.
